These are amazing waterproof boots from Jeffrey Campbell. Chelsea style rain boot with a lug sole. 1" Platform Boot. I couldn't find a size. I'm a solid 8 and my heel raises out when walking. So I'm guessing these are about 8.5 to a 9. Previously owned but in awesome shape!
