🎁 🇨🇦 Vintage Duck Brooch / Handmade Painted Resin / 1970s Multicolor

When you pin it, the duck looks like it’s floating on water: a peaceful and beautiful effect. Artistically made: a mallard duck with excellent sculpted details. The proportions and colours are true to the male mallard species (very common in Canada (I even had a female nest in my garden last year!). Nature is amazing! Made of man-made resin. Molded and hand-painted by a local Montreal artist. Quarter is for sizing. The small pin on the back has a secure plate and is in good working order. Please note: as shown in the overhead-angle photo, there are a few very small chips that do not show when the brooch is worn. Otherwise, it is in like-new condition. From the 1970s.
