Gorgeous vintage dress in a substantial mint green fabric, probably a sateen cotton blend. Short sleeves, darted at the bustline. The dress has pockets! Metal zipper so probably from the early 1960's. The real show stopper here is the beading at the neckline. Rhinestones flecked with white glass beads. Stunning! The dress is in EXCELLENT condition. No issues. It's delicious.

What are the inches across the chest and the waist?
