NWT Ying Dak, Chinese designer, 100% black leather lined maxi skirt. The front has a decorative round rhinestone button. It is missing four stones, shown in photo. There are 31 tiny round rhinestones down the front and a 16.5" front/side slit. I can't read Chinese, so I do not know the size. Please see the measurements below.
