aphasical@fifiphi I'm not really sure how to measure on a vest, but on the front it's 13" across from the bottom of where the sleeve is, but narrower on the back at 11" across. The sleeves are wide and low though. And I thought I remembered it being hooks and loops but it's actually a snap closure
