Brand new, never worn black chiffon Lulu’s dress with green, silvered and ashy blue florals details. Ordered for a wedding but was too big around my chest area. Tags were cut off prematurely due to me believing it was a good fit beforehand. Very prettyy dress but I could not return nor exchanged with tags cut off! OR BEST OFFER
