American vintage 50’s Pink Lace netting overlay shelf bust dress size X Small

Reposhing this item I purchased from @foxyred. Below is a cut and paste of her description of the item below. What a stunning dress pink & white lace and pink polka dot netting overlay. 2 layers of netting on skirt. Unfortunately, no brand tag or sizing looks to me as if it was handmade. All the lace is hand stitched on, back zipper closing an eye hook. Just look at that chest shape just like the bullet bra or shelf bust as they called it. Zipper is a Coats & Clark with the initials CC which dates from around the 50s. measurements are approximate •Length 54" •Armpit to armpit 17" •Waist 12.5" across Due to vintage sizes being different to modern sizing, please check your own measurements and compare before purchasing. In very good pre owned vintage condition. ******* as noted, purchased from @foxyred. condition is the same as when I purchased it, as I never wore it, just tried on once briefly. for reference, my measurements are 32-25-36 and this fit perfectly. though there was extra space in the bust area. my height is 5'4 and the dress came down to the tops of my feet. *in the interests of full disclosure, I did notice two stains on the dress which @foxyred did not make note of in her original listing. both are hardly noticeable. first one is on front breast area, but so faint that you would have to be looking for it to notice it. second one is stronger and larger stain, but on the very bottom lace hem edge, so not in a noticeable area. 🙂
