Vintage 1940's Japanese teapot. Brown with intricately painted floral and leaf design. Gold-tone accents. It is in good vintage condition; it does have a few spots where the gold-tone paint has worn off, scratches here and there. It does have what I believe are factory defects where the gold-tone paint is smeared on lid, see photo. It also has cracks in the bottom and on the side, see photo. Approximately 6" tall × 8" wide.
