Betsey Johnson - Sequin Black Mini Dress - Size XS

Betsey Johnson Sequins Dress. New with tags. Fringe crystal "sleeves" with black crystals. The rest of the dress has sequins. Please note this dress is defective! Missing one of the fringes on the sleeves (see picture) and hole in the seam on the side (see picture). I do not know how to sew but I believe this is very fixable! Lined. Zips up back. Light built in pads at shoulders. All measurements taken laying flat Pit to pit 14.5" Waist 12" Length 31" A
