Pre owned but still in very good condition. The only flaws are located on bottom of the bag where it is a little scuffed up (please see pictures) Other than that, all the zippers and snaps work well. The straps feature a partial chain link design. This is a very nice bag! The interior material is in very good but not perfect condition as I noticed a faint pen ink line but it is hardly noticeable and at the bottom of the bag. Measures approximately 13" length by 9" Height
