Lacy backed striped dress, tagless, please read

Eyecatching red and blue striped dress with blue lace across much of the top half of the back. Was from a friend, who removed the tag for comfort. Fabric is soft, feels like high cotton content. As shown in photos, there are 2 tiny holes that can only be seen through if the fabric is stretched a little. Since they are on the blue, they should be able to be stitched closed without being noticeable, I simply don't have the time right now. Other than that, minor wear and very good used condition.
