Vintage late 60s/early 70s Aubrey Beardsley print dress

Incredible red Aubrey Beardsley print on navy ground brushed acrylic dress with black velvet neckline detail, waistband, & cuffs. Style is reminiscent of late 15C Burgundian gowns. Dress is 52” long & has been shortened ( by someone who used too hot an iron & flattened nap at hem a bit). Sleeves are 26” long & velvet cuffs are faced with taffeta . Bust to 36” with velvet panel that snaps in & out. Empire waist (where bra band would be) to 29.” Sweep at hip to 55.”
