I don’t see any stains or anything but it has been lightly used. There are a few tiny marks on plastic parts of leash. I used this for my dachshund puppy for maybe a handful of walks before he outgrew it. I have a yard at home but my bf had an apartment so I only used it there. Would also fit my cat. Great for teaching tiny pullers or your cat or puppies first walk kit. Also works for small dogs. Technically the leash was “whisker city” it’s def bigger than any cat leash I’ve seen, feels like dog leash to but also works for cats. The flashlight has LED lights with replaceable battery. Can unscrew clip end to replace bag roll. Fits most universal rolls.
