mandm_3712 @michellerb70 Hi Michelle... They are women's, from the sizing guide they should be an 11 in ladies shoes. They were a gift, and the sizing on the bottom was confusing for me also. I hope this helps...

mandm_3712 @cadioshack, Hello... On the bottom of the boots, it says 13, as you can see it in the photo. I just measured the soles' length, and it measured at 13' long. They are also fully lined inside to give a snug fit. please let me know if this helps? I would say more toward the 12. I am sorry about the confusion 😕 T hank you for the question...☺️
