Reposhing this item I purchased from @shoppedbysam. It’s a gorgeous dress, but does not fit me. I forgot that formal wear sizes run VERY small. Even though it’s a size 6, it fits like a 4. Sadly, I cannot wear it. If you have questions, please leave a comment.

susanbisme@fawnrauch0 This gown has an empire waist. It flares out beneath that so it’s difficult to give you an exact true waste measurement. I’ve added a photograph that shows the measurement at the empire waistline is 28 inches in diameter. That’s going to be on your ribs. That will be on your ribs below the bust line. I hope that helps. It’s a gorgeous, high-quality gown and I was very sad that I couldn’t wear it.
