Do these fit a true size 10? or run large, small?

@makayla13 I am a size 9 and they work for me but are a little loose so I would say 9.5 perfect but, with being open at the he, I truly think that they could work for size 8-10. Just depends on how tight tk your foot you like clog type shoes.
