This is a gorgeous ring by Italian designer Tagliamonte. It is a size 5. I have only ever tried it on, otherwise it is brand new with box and authenticity card. The stone is a bold, translucent, slightly aqua blue moon face crafted from Venetian glass over a flat mother of pearl cabochon. It is .925 sterling silver plated in sumptuous, warm 18k gold, which is very flattering on all skin tones. It also bears the Tagliamonte maker’s mark on the underside of the ring, which I found next to impossible to photograph. I will try to get a pic of that up.
