There is a tie on the inside that cinches the waist in back. So it fits flattering to your waist in the front, and flowy in the back. Stylish and so comfortable. You can wear the dress without cinching the inside tie and it fits looser and lower on the thighs, or tighten them up as I do and it becomes a sexy mini dress! Pairs really well with knee-high boots and tights.
