Women's Harper White Short-Sleeve Button Down

Women's Harper White Short-Sleeve Button Down. It is a size small. I have only worn this once or twice; however, there appear to be minor stains on the shirt that almost seem to be an oil stain. I have included photos to represent what I am describing. I have included pictures of the measurements. There does not appear to be any snags or peeling. It does come from a smoke-free home.
