I don’t know too much about this piece or what type of material it’s made of. Others found online describe it as a metal vintage Japan MCM elephant music box. I can tell you it is a heavy little piece. About 1-2 pounds. Intricate detailing. Red felt inside. Wind up to play music. Wind up metal turner has the word “Sankyo” printed on it. I do not know the name of the tune it plays.
