Vintage Stunning Beaded Collar or Dickie Gold on Black Never worn 80's One size

Go bold & wear alone with just pasties or a nude bra. wear alone or under a blazer . Need a cool piece for a neckline & unbuttoned blouse. Put on top of a jacket backwards for a lot of bling. Wear over a plain dress to add something different to shoulders & front. So , so , so many ways to use this. Bought in the 80's & never worn. It is gold beaded on black fine net with each hanging stand individually beaded with gold & black beads so it swings like fringe on the ends. it's not red, that's from my red mannequin These pieces are so expensive because of all the beautiful hand work.
