Update — just had this piece authenticated as Vintage PAJ (Prime Art & Jewel), a major QVC/HSN-era manufacturer from the late 1980s through early 2000s. Genuine blue topaz center with white amethyst pavé accents (no CZ stamp = real stones per HSN compliance rules). Updated the title and description to reflect proper attribution.
