Brilliant/Greensburg Glass Company in their pattern from 1888 called Melrose, which is a band of large diamonds with 16 diamonds inside each, then a band above of raised dots with a star in each dot.
Has a Rippled Rim
Measures approximately 6-1/4" Tall and 3-1/2" Wide at top
