RARE Vintage Vivienne Westwood Bondage Boots Red/Black Size UK 8 S/S 2002

Listing my beloved yet underused VW heeled lace-up bondage boots in red and black with tan accents. Super cool yellow/black zebra striped laces. Handmade in England. Simply stunning, will get loads of head-turns and “Where’d you get those?”s. This infamous "animal toe" style originated in Spring 2002, though it’s a feminized version of a boot style developed in the 1970s when Westwood’s 430 King’s Rd. shop was known as “Seditionaries.” I bought them because I saw Gwen Stefani wearing them in the music video for What You Waiting For and thought they were simply divine. Some wear as shown, creasing to leather, marks on straps, wear at bottom and to heels. Still in amazing shape considering age and how unlikely it is to see these anywhere. This is the BIGGEST size they make, it’s extremely hard to find these in a UK 8! PLEASE NOTE: UK 8 = US Women’s 10. I’d say these run a bit big, though! Will also fit a men’s 10.
