Vtg Silver City Sterling over glass Oval Dish

Silver City Glass, Flanders Clear Poppy Sterling Overlay Oval Platter - Estate Find about 10 3/4 inches long very pretty silver floral overlay on clear glass with silver around the edges I think this is a celery dish but you could use for candy, nuts, trinkets, anything! Some minor wear and scratching to the silver, not very obvious. This is some sticker residue on the center of the tray. more info in comments
