Vintage 20s-70s blue hat very pretty

I just want to say they are very pretty, authentic, nice design and great quality as vintage does. I bought from a lady who purchased a ton of vintage hats from the costume department of a theater. All hats are from the 20s - 70s as the lady stated. I can’t promise the era is acurate but I trust that lady because she is honest and professional. If you really care about vintage features, please do your own evaluation. I tried my best to show every visible flaws. I’d say they are all not affect your look when you wear the hats. Please ask if you have any concerns before purchasing. The circumference is around 22 inches. please allow a few inches difference. My head is 22.8 inches (58cm), please see me wore it in the photos as a reference. It’s a bit tight, but workable. I used Iphone portrait mode to take photos. No retouch, no filters. I am moving, otherwise I’d love to keep those hats forever:) No returns please.
