Vintage antique Scottish style white metal & stone brooch swirls

Vintage antique Scottish style white metal & stone brooch swirls. Lovely brooch reminiscent of Scottish pieces used on kilts and sashes. The stones seem to be real and could be some kind of carnelian or jasper/agate. The metal could be tin, as it’s very light. The swirls resemble apostrophes and add interest. Good condition. Light wear. One swirl is missing. Brooch is slightly misshapen. Clasp has pulled away from the brooch a bit, but could probably be reaffixed. Aging/discoloration to the metal. One stone is sticking out a bit from its setting, but it seems firmly in place and not loose. Imperfect construction of the stone surrounds. Please refer to photos for additional condition details.
