Circa 1960s, this regal semi-sheer double layered, accordian pleated gown is a rare beauty. Sleeveless gown with an empire waistline, the bodice and straps, both front and back, are created with floral lace atop a sheer chiffon. The bust is unconstructed. Perhaps the drama begins beneath the delicate bodice as the accordion pleating explodes into a wealth of chiffon over a nylon underlayer.
