Super cute, faux-wrap sun dress trimmed with ruffles, in a Black/floral print. Hook and eye closure at bust, adjustable spaghetti straps, elastic waistband. Very flattering and so fun to wear. Never worn, tags removed. I also have this exact dress in a red/tropical floral print, and another in a solid blue color.
