3-Way Pet Shower Sprayer Rinse Ace

Brand new pet shower sprayer purchased from pet supplies plus. Never used. Brand is Rinse Ace. I opened the box and waited for my husband to connect but it never happened. I can’t get the hose back in the packaging unless I cram it in there, so I won’t do that. Also see back corner of the packaging has a dent (last pic). Comes from a smoke free home.
