Semi-sheer flutter sleeve top

Condition: excellent, tried on and washed but never worn Info: Shein light blue flutter sleeve high-low top with a deep v-neck and tie at the waist. Semi-sheer. 100% polyester. Size large (8/10). Top of shoulder to front bottom hem approx 24" Armpit to armpit approx 20" Story: I bought this on Poshmark but don't like the fit on me. A size smaller probably would've worked. It's also more sheer than I realized.
