When I received it it did not have a seal. But if you look at it it's never been opened

@roebob2001 Ok 😊 the only reason I asked is bcuz I ordered one like this and when I got it the entire top of trimmer was broken off in the cap 😓 there was no fixing it, So could you maybe open it and make sure it’s not broken? If it’s ok I promise I will buy it 😊 just let me know and Thank you 🌹
