I bought it at a Japanese Boutique in Paris called Axe Femme. Lovely and feminine skirt. Like New Condition. Size M I normally wear a small and it fits me perfectly. So I would say it runs small. Length 21” Waist is about 24” but it stretches as it contains a stretch band in the back of waist.
