Does the shoe run small or does your foot fit an 11 and are they narrow?

@dawn_broadwater IMO the shoe ran small. I have a pair of size 10 Ariat boots where the inside is 11 inches but this shoes inside is 10.5 inches. The width is 10M and is good for me but I should have a size 10.5 in this brand.
