French dot lace Peter Pan collar sheer sleeveless top

The cutest Peter Pan collar, sheer top with French dot lace accents. There is no brand and I cannot remember where I got this. It’s one of my favorite tops, but I just don’t wear it anymore. It is marked medium, but it is probably better suited for a small. Pit to pit is 17” very good condition.
