Lip Service Deadstock Vampire Velvet and Satin Gown Vintage 90s NWT

Lip Service was doing so many things right in the 90s and this rose label dress is definitely an example of that. This dress was purchased in the mid-late 90s and it still has the original tags! Never worn in MINT condition. It doesn't get much more romantic succubus than this. I bought this for the Anne Rice Vampire Ball in New Orleans but ended up not going and it got stored away with my other treasures. Constructed of non-stretch black velvet and burgundy wine satin with corset lacing on the sides to tighten or adjust as desired. The collar is trimmed in black braiding and the split sleeves open up to dramatic long points. The back of the velvet overdress has a tulip cut which makes for a flattering look as you walk away. It needs to be worn and not kept as a museum piece. Buy it, rip those tags off, and show it off.
