@fairyrose5 I added 3 photos. It has been stored flat and I didn't want to add anything very bulky or heavy to distort the line. As you can see the seam runs all the way around so it would fit in close to your body. As it has not been used there are no creases for it to sit on. Once it is broken in and loaded up with everyday "stuff", it might sit okay.

@bublzup66 Sorry to take so long. Went out and left my phone at home...anyway, I would say that the material is very sturdy. If you want something that is buttery soft and sort of piles up when it is placed down, then this bag is not it. This is more structured and would maintain it's lines. Hope that helps.
