Beautiful work of art! The hand craftsmanship on this piece is apparent, see pics. Hood secure clasp so this will not fall off. Condition is new, only tried on. Did not come with tags. Measures just short of 20 inches. Not sure what type of shells the small green ones are. Sunrise shell is secured with resin in the back. Bought from craft fair during Merrie Monarch Festival on Hawaii Island. Not sure of the maker.
