This is a one-step blow dryer and hair styler. Includes instructions. It has 3 settings: High, Low, and Cool. This styler has never been used. It has been plugged in to ensure that it works and it does. FLAWS: It does not blow very hard. Airflow in the bottom 2 rows is very very light. The high setting does not get extremely hot.
