Pre-owned Parker dress, size small, in blue. The sleeveless dress features a V-neckline with ruffles, a fitted bodice, and a tiered, ruffled skirt. Measurements: Bust 15", Waist 13", Length 29". Fabric is 47% Viscose, 53% Silk; lining is 100% Polyester. Made in China. The dress has a couple gentle stains as shown that may be removable by dry cleaner.
