Vintage used condition. Just some minor, barely noticeable scratches on the bottom. The prong in the front is bent a little bit further down than the rest. Glass looks to be in great condition. The brass has some wear around the base but looks to be water spots. Unclear if this works as a lamp; originally purchased for decoration. The base is 3” by 3” and the full lamp height is 8”.
