Antique 1910's French Voile Black Skirt Soutache Velvet Embellished XS

This exquisite antique 1910's French voile skirt features stunning soutache and velvet embellishments. Its rare XS size and elegant black color make it a unique addition to any vintage collection. This skirt has a label that says 274 Voile Lupin's Fabrics Made in France. The waist is 23" and the length is 36". The waist has some boning at the top and hook and loop closure up the back. It has a slight pleated in the back. The fabric is very sheer and see through. It is in very good antique condition with some minor flaws. There is a small hole that has a repair at one time. The fabric seems to have slight fading of the black where at may have been folded for storage.
