Black strapless dress with white dots and white and black striped belt at empire waist and large bow embellishment. Hits below the knee. Neckline can be folded down to form a "V" or up. Includes a separate black underlay with lace trim. Sharp, chic, and an instant collectable by 1980s American designer Victor Costa. Measurements: Length 37", Waist 27", Bust 31" Fits similar to a US 4/6. Wear consistent with age and use. The dress shows light wear and the white ribbon has darkened to an ivory shade. A few of the interior seams have loose threads. The ribbon belt in the back is about 2 mm off on either side of the zipper (see photo). Label has a cut down the middle.
