Vintage 14k gold diamond pearl amethyst necklace

A beautiful, two strand freshwater pearl I believe but not sure Necklace with a large dark amethyst stone and diamond large accents 14 karat gold pendant in class. I’ve had over 30 years and I purchased a vintage I thought about taking the pendant off and creating it to go on a chainbecause as I’ve gotten older, the necklace is too small for my neck. It’s a very heavy piece definitely a statement when worn and an investment.
