She seems to be holding her hat due to the wind & leaning on a picket fence. The boy is holding a fishing 🎣 pole. footed base mid-century farmhouse design style, likely from the 1950s reasonable condition with no cracks, repairs. A few chips are highlighted, but that was on fairly close inspection in preparing listing (boy has 2 small chips on bottom of his boot; girl has chip on bottom corner underside & sliver chip on back side of hat) typical minimal amount of glaze crackle or crazing for a vintage item due to their vintage nature, these items may exhibit charming signs of age & gentle wear, adding to their unique character display as an art object, or fill with florals or plants size: approximately 7" inches tall x 3 x 3 diameter manufacurer name engraved on backs, along with a large hole for hanging Royal Copley was made by the Spaulding China Co, of Sebring, Ohio from 1939 to 1960
