iykykquueeni23@akyahatkinson hi sorry about the confusion these boots are sized in men which is why the box says 4 but because I’m a female I converted it to a size 6 in women. If you typically wear a 5/6 in women you will more than likely fit this shoe because that is also the size I wear in women. I hope this helps & thanks for shopping my closet.
