I THINK these are Art Deco era??? MARKED as Sterling Silver. Looks like Webster is the company? Primarily used for picking up sugar cubes, or any small food item that you don’t want to use your fingers for actually :) They are adorable and dainty, measuring 3 1/4”, and still have nice “spring” to them. Have not tried to clean. I’ve had these forever! They were my grammas. I’ll also include a little black velvet drawstring storage pouch for you!
