NWOT. This colorful dress is perfect for vacation, or for spring and summer. It can be dressed up or down. The straps are adjustable and cross in the back. I love this dress for the colors, but it has sat in my closet and has never been worn. She deserves a home that will show her off! Size could fit small or medium.
