What’s UP Brand 90s authentic vintage party/ formal/ prom/ bridesmaid dress. Original tags. I have never seen a more FUN dress… it has canvas creamy white bodice!!! Amazing details. BOW at back. Tags say 8- vintage 4-6… Tulle fuller midi length skirt. WHATS UP? 90s fashion for sure. I bought out a boutique that closed its doors in early 2000. Dress sold as is in original vintage age and patina. No returns.
