This ia a gorgeous Banded Criss Cross Halter Cascade Dress in a beautiful midnight blue/Navy color. Sheer paneling on the sides. Gorgeous waterfall or cascade style/mermaid on the bottom of the dress. The dress is lined and the bust is slightly padded.
